Daymi Pelaez, M.S., RBT
President (Owner) & RBT Tutor
Daymi Pelaez has over 6 years of professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). BCBA's have worked side by side with Daymi to conduct various assessments, parent trainings, teacher trainings, writing behavior plans. Daymi's area of competency is working with children ages 2 to 10. and I created ABA Exam Academy to help students ACE the BCBA, BCaBA or RBT exams. As a mother of special needs children (autism & epilepsy) I have seen the life changing results when using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) both personally and professionally This combination of and this is why I have become so passionate about it. My ultimate goal for ABA Exam Academy is to help get more skilled professionals in the field in order to better help the special needs communities all around the world.
Sheila Alderman, M.S., BCBA
Supervising BCBA
Sheila Alderman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been practicing in the field of behavior analysis for over 15 years working in home and school settings. Sheila is an experienced supervisor and has meet all requirements as per the BACB board to provide supervision and as an ACE provider. She is also certified in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
Sheila has earned a bachelors degrees in Speech Sciences and Fine Arts and a Masters Degree in Exceptional Student Education. She holds a certificate as a Florida Educator in the areas of Varying Exceptionalities K-12, Elementary Education K-6, English for Speakers of Other Languages Endorsement, Severe or Profound Disabilities Endorsement. Sheila is a National Board Certified Teacher in the area of Exceptional Needs Specialist/ Early Childhood through Young Adulthood. Sheila is a life long learner and has a passion for teaching and helping others.
